We typically have 80 children every school day for 3 hours afterschool. The children's ages are 7 through 11 or elementary school ages.
Senior support program: we host 40 to 50 senior adults from The neighborhood each morning at our work out room and cafe. The seniors have exercise programs, have access to our exercise equipment, and are fed either a meal or snack each morning. This helps build community for The seniors in The neighborhood, in addition to providing healthy choices for them. We also have seniors walking in The gym, playing table tennis, working puzzles, cards and dominos most mornings.
Sports programs: The Common Good started The year with basketball programs for children in The wayman tisdale academy area. The basketball programs conducted league play for over 75 children.
