TCWI continued its efforts to re-organizing, re-designing, and re-developing its business model. There has been a market shift away from the traditional in-person Instructure Led Classroom Model to an exclusive online audience. This shift was prompted by Federal, State, and Local government health and safety measures during COVID-19 crisis.TCWI continues to adapt to the absence of (in-person) instructor led training and continues to position itself to provide online training. Accordingly, TCWI has purchased several online training platform subscription services and is writing training content for our online audiences. TCWI relies heavily on information technology, laptops, printers, monthly website subscription services, software protection plans, Microsoft Office Products, GoDaddy website and domain hosting, Squarespace website and domain hosting services. And social media landing-pages to attract potential participants. TCWI has purchased several Artificial Intelligence (AI) software products to expand our market reach into 126 languages. We see the benefits of global expansion being more realistic than ever with the AI emerging technology.TCWI is using AI software to bring our learning curriculums to the public in mid 2024. Weve spent significant financial resources investing in AI to be competitive in the online learning arena. Moreover, our next largest program is establishing a meditation & retreat center in South Vietnam. Our research indicates a sustainable interest in our curriculum among the Vietnamese population. Likewise, TCWI continues to build its financial reserves to position itself in South Vietnam.
