Program areas at The Converse Home

Our assisted living and memory care community is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in The southern end of burlington. We have beautifully landscaped grounds that include large flower and vegetable gardens, a gazebo and many areas for our residents to enjoy being outside. We are just minutes away from The university of Vermont medical center and The many activities and cultural offerings of The city. The original part of The Converse Home was built in 1799 as a private mansion and, as one of The oldest buildings in The city, holds a place on The historic register. Established in 1886 as a private, non-profit organization, we are well known for our warm, welcoming and home-like atmosphere.
