It is our mission to enrich and strengthen local communities through quality arts-based education and outreach while celebrating and elevating the city's creative talents through local artist residency programs. Community Arts Program: in 2021 TCP presented a 10 week digital takeover program 32 virtual workshops 6 virtual artist talks and 2 in-person youth workshops to serve approximately 17,000 participants.
