During 2022, The Crossover Project went through several changes to enhance The ministry. They adopted a human resources initiative and stated guidelines for employee discipline. Naomi tonsul became The board treasurer and served as an advisor for promotions. Mauna davino was elected as director of hospital healing ministries with al davino as co-director susan peitzman headed up The art and music committee in 2022. Richard peitzman headed up The event helps committee. A plan to have ron gatchel produce a podcast (or short podcasts) using his own music and possibly susan peitzman's music. He would be paid a stipend. The Crossover Project acts as The payroll agent for hra-18, The holocaust rememberance association in kingwood, Texas.
