The Electrocoat Association

In carrying out The organization's exempt purposes during The year, The Electrocoat Association focused on educating industries on The costs and benefits of using electrocoating technology. We also added content to The elm site for education of The indusrty. We promoted all events and benefits of Association participation through The utilization of social media communication (twitter and linkedin) with potential members, members and industry participants. We participated in The powder coating institutes powder coating conference held in orlando. We participated in ecoat mexico as part of our initiative of branching out to The mexico market in june. The Association held two (2) electrocoating boot camps - one in june in lafayette, in and one in october in raleigh, nc as a technical training course. We participated in fabtech held in chicago, il in september which is an industry trade show also held in The fall. Board and committee meetings were held to direct The Association's business and marketing strategies for The future. The Association continues to sell it's book "Electrocoat: a guidebook for finishers." In addition, The website continues to be home for electrocoating information.
