Elizabeth River Project began construction of The ryan resilience lab, a global model for urban coastal resilence. A new learning barge on wheels was deployed to reach school children in their communities during covid. Hands-on projects were carried on to reduce pollution and restore habitats with 6,500 River star homes and 162 River star businesses. The organization also expanded education and revitalization at a 40-acre nature park while advising many partners on pollution avoidance.
