Partnership with asian scientist magazine: empowering women to take on leadership positions in science and technology, tackling The underrepresentation of asian women in stem. This grant supported The 2023 asian scientist-elsevier Foundation salon for leadership in stem, a two-day intensive in-person leadership program that aims to equip women with The skills required for professional development and success. Over 100 participants across The southeast asian region (malaysia, philippines, singapore, sri lanka) from different research disciplines gathered for The summit. 90% of The participants were females and The remaining 10% comprised of male allies.
