The Forever Caring Fund of the Eastern Regional Conference

The purpose of the Corporation, which is organized exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, or the corresponding provision of any subsequent law, shall be to hold, invest, manage, administer and disburse property of all types which may be contributed, devised, bequeathed or otherwise given to the Corporation for its use as a charitable organization concerned principally with the care of the aged and to further the goals and objectives for such care as demonstrated by the Eastern Regional Conference of the Churches of God and the Board of Trustees of the Churrch of God Home, Inc. The disbursement policies shall attempt to preserve the principal of the said fund where practicable.
