Program areas at The Foundation of An Engaged Pacific
The native imaginative served as contractor for The state Foundation on culture and The arts in its efforts to produce The scholastics art and writing awards and young artists of hawai'Hawaii'i award. The scholastics competition served all student in public and private schools, grades 7-12, with some 1,800 submissions to The scholastics competition. The young artists of hawai'iHawaii'i, likewise, served all students in public and private schools, grades k-7, with some 300 submissions to The program.
The native imaginative is partnering with gravitas pasifika llc to produce An emerging leaders program as part of The 13th festival of Pacific arts and culture, which The state of hawai'Hawaii'i is hosting in june of 2024.
The native imaginative proposed a grant project from The state Foundation on culture and The arts to provide professional development for teachers in The hawai'Hawaii'i state department of education (doe). The project served to bridge doe teachers with innovative technologies in order to assist teachers in augmenting their technology skills in The classroom. Some 25 teachers participated.
