The Healthy Us Collaborative funds takecare, a national initiative rooted in The best available science. Takecare provides reflection, motivation, and implementation to inspire and support behavior change for people to create health and well-being in their lives. At The heart of this initiative is powerful storytelling: nearly 40 short films showcasing everyday people taking small steps to create change in their health and well-being and learn to takecare. Through our english and spanish-language websites, our social channels, newsletters, events, and peer support programs, we are offering simple tips and tools that are free and available to everyone and are based on The best available evidence to increase one's health and well-being.
