Throughout fiscal year 2023, The Help USA Fund, Inc. Actively engaged in soliciting contributions from various stakeholders, including individual donors, private foundations, and corporations, to further The mission of Help USA, inc.generous donations received were allocated to Help USA affiliates, facilitating The provision of essential services and programs within Help's transitional housing facilities for homeless families and individuals. These funds supported crucial wraparound services in Help's permanent supportive housing units, as well as initiatives such as art therapy, Help works, genesis academy, and various healthy living initiatives.under The stewardship of The new Help Fund team, fundraising efforts have seen an overall increase, enabling an even greater impact in serving The community. The team maintained its unwavering commitment to donor outreach through diverse fundraising initiatives, including engaging in fundraising events aimed at supporting youth and family service projects. Proceeds and contributions from these events contributed to The organization's ongoing endeavors to end homelessness. In addition to monetary contributions, The Help Fund successfully managed in-kind donations of essential goods, ranging from clothing and food to computers and toys, which were thoughtfully distributed to Help USA's shelter sites, providing invaluable support to individuals and families in need. Plus, a backpack drive was undertaken that successfully secured hundreds of backpacks to ensure children in our care were prepared for The start of The school year, especially migrant families.the impact of The efforts was evident in The success of fundraising events such as The vva-help USA toy drive attended by over 500 guests, which garnered support for families with children programs, including genesis academy; The inaugural art of resilience benefit, hosted by famed contemporary artist derrick adams with board members jean brownhill and eden williams that raised awareness about and funds for Help's art therapy; and upstream 2023: frontline solutions to homelessness, an industry-wide symposium developed and hosted by The Help Fund which brought together 300 homeless and housing professionals to discuss pressing issues related to Help USA's mission.
