The Henry Morrison Flagler Museum has a mission to restore and preserve Whitehall and its collections, research and interpret materials related to the life of Henry M. Flagler, and serve as an educational institution dedicated to preserving a national historic landmark for future generations. Approximately 90,000 individuals visit the museum each year to learn about Florida history and America's gilded age. Additionally, it hosts around 4,000 nonpaying school children annually who get the opportunity to learn about American history through docent-guided tours.
