Local emerging artists are selected to exhibit and sell their art . The Hub charges a license/rental fee for wall space and working studis for artists and collects a commission on The sale of consignment items. The expense consists of direct marketing costs, indirect office expense,indirect occupancy, indirect advertising and indirect payroll estimates.
Community outreach events related to The arts and local community involvement. Direct expense includes advertising and performers. Indirect expenses for payroll, occupancy , office supplies and advertising.
Workshops and classes in art related genres to The community, including The public at large, children, veterans, seniors and other at risk population. Expenses are for contract instructors, materials, and indirect expense (i.e., allocation of payroll, occupancy, office expense and advertising, misc)
