The Institute for Civility in Government aims to reduce polarization of our legislative process by facilitating dialogue, teaching respect and building civility in both the public and private spheres. It accomplishes its mission by conducting Civility Training & Speaking programs, which includes 8 civility groups via remote virtual sessions with 3,900 attendees. In addition to these programs, The Institute also offers educational materials such as quarterly newsletters and a website that gets 20K visits annually.
