Certificate of achievement in nanny, child, and family studies. A collaboration with foothill college. The certificate is a 20-unit ece program with courses unique to The work of a nanny.
Nanny-pro mentor program: we train our graduates to be teachers, coaches and role models for our students.
Nanny-pro certificate to employment program: a workforce development program training Nannies to meet federal and state standards for anyone working in licensed care. Students receive employment support from our partner organizations in The community.

Advocacy: The Institute will advocate for public policies at The federal, state, and/or local levels that would improve The quality of nanny care in what is currently an unlicensed and unregulated market. 5. Information and resources: The Institute distributes print materials, videos, research, and support materials to parents, Nannies, educators, childcare professionals, advocates, and research organizations.
