Fellows program: The Institute provides training and instruction to students in current policy issues, personal communication and effective decision making in a culturally and philosophically diverse polictical environment. In The fiscal year ended december 31, 2018, The Institute graduated two fellows classes with a toal of 18 graduates
The hometown debate - a series whereby each year, three-four smaller markets are chose to host debates related to various Political races/issues covering small town issues and concerns. Panelists are chosen based on knowledge of The topic and thier ability to express their views in a respectful and collegial manner.
Women on board: this is a one-day training program that prepares women to pursue public service through appointment onto public boards.
