After school youth tutorial program for kids from low income families (based on us hud's income limits). In addition to homework assistance, The youth learn via interactive and computer training as well as cultural field trips.
After school performing arts tutorial program. This program taught The youth various fine arts such as drama, singing, drum, dance and also includes youth chess classes.
Providing low income housing consisting of 3 buildings (elderly, at-risk youth male & at-risk youth female). These housing units were constructed with federal home funds as well as local government funds with affordability covenants and restrictions. 31 of The 33 units are restricted for us hud low income individuals and us hud rental limits. The remaining 2 units are programmatic with one in each male and female building. The total 33 apartment units are 9 elderly, 12 at-risk youth female and 12 at-risk youth male.
