It offers The same comprehensive case management services that are offered in The shelter program. The length of stay in these units ranges from 6 months to 2 years . The transitional housing program currently maintains 2 apartments and 5 condominiums in libertyville that are owned or rented by The Haven and then sub-leased to residents at an affordable rate.
