HOUSING: Assistance in contacting local housing resources completing applications for housing. TRANSPORTATION: Funds for repairs gas loan payments assistance with rides. FINANCIAL: Funds for food rent utilities Coaching Mentorship regarding Personal Finances Banking. COACHING MENTORSHIP: Space for Veteran's Organizations to meet Space for individual Veterans and others in need to gather in private to discuss issues obtain counselling and assistance for peers. receive coaching on various issues from experts.
OPERATION OF THE LANDING ZONE FAMILY RECREATION CENTER PROVIDES FOR -----TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT FOR VETERANS AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY IN NEED. The Landing Zone provides Transitional Employment for individuals in the Community who are not able to get hired by a "Normal" business. TRAINING: Transitional Employees are able to receive training in a specific job that can help them move back into the Community at large. COACHING COUNSELLING: Employees are coached regarding accountability dependability responsibility the receive one on one Mentorship and Counselling regarding their performance. SALARY: Employees are paid minimum wage and they can receive Tips and possibly Bonus Pay.
