The Black Girl research institute purpose is to equip participants with The tools and analysis they need to conduct research on The issues that impact their lives and turn this research into action.
Advocacy and organizing focuses on human rights education and community-building through a variety of clinics and workshops to support efforts to restructure systems and invest in sustainable means of survival and advancement.
Black Girl times (editorial). Rooted in a tradition of liberatory storytelling, The Black Girl times is The meet up space online for southern Black girls, women, femmes (and The people who love and respect them) to share, learn, activate, and challenge through news and culture writing. Editorial programming includes writing fellowships to The democratic journalism institute and The unita blackwell historic preservation Project.
