Sexual health education and care: provided individual counseling and support to adolescents (14-20) in high poverty rural communities in nicaragua. Delivered sexual health education to 5,000+ women and girls living in high poverty rural communities in nicaragua and mexico via whatsapp with referral to local clinics for care and treatment. Developed, launched and tested chava v1 (mobile app) and developed on-line curriculum through partnerships with leading womens health organizations throughout latin america.

Analysis of The Lily projects data representing more than 20,000 women: 8% of lilys clients have a child by age 15 and 47% by age 17; 58% never attended/did not complete primary school; 97% do not have a paying job. Women who have at least a secondary education tend to have jobs and delayed motherhood.
