To preserve areas and homes of historical interest; to combat community deterioration and thereby reduce juvenile delinquency; to provide, where deemed desireable and necessary, nonprofit community recreation facilities; and to foster area and commmunity spirit, garden clubs, and beautification of community, city and state. Maintenance of islands and parks throughout The neighborhood to promote beautification and preserve The historical interest including tree planting and removal.
