Program areas at The Master's Men

In 2022, The Master's Men continued on its plateau, of ministry impact, deliverables and results. There was a respectable increase to The headcount served; both state side and overseas and, once again there was very little attrition.our overall constituency served was approximately, 22,000 Men and their families, globally, through our staff ministers (7), leaders (120 including The indian district leaders) and volunteer network (2000+ Men). These numbers are facilitated by The use of our web resources, social media platforms, electronic and printed materials as well as our international affiliates and domestic us chapters and teams, including our mm racing ministries. We have also broadcast messages locally and in our media platforms and preached The gospel at several events. We use our events for team member recruiting and team building and they provide an excellent evangelistic outreach opportunity.our international ministry is continuing to reach Men for christ in africa, india, with norway being static. We continued to train team leaders overseas as well as states side. We continue to network Men together toward an effective "small group" discipleship model, that jesus employed, and we continue to preach The gospel and teach The bible to The Men in those groups, which we call "teams". The Master's Men chapter in Colorado continues to grow. Our California teams maintain a steady attendance. And our Master's Men Arizona, affiliate, has already grown to over 200 members, meeting weekly in peoria, and in a variety of locations in The greater phoenix area. Texas and north carolina remain steady in ministry impact and constituents served.as pastoral care givers, we continue to offer pastoral service through our compassion ministries as community chaplains to Men and their families that we serve in The various cities where we have constituents. Our usa main places of ministry are ca, tx, co, az and nc. We also provide chaplaincy care in companies in Texas and north carolina, as well as race shops in charlotte; where we serve The professional racers of nascar and arca series. In these venues and environments, including spending time at The race tracks on event weekends, for a variety of race series including our new srx series, we provide a consistent chaplaincy service. There we continue to be engaged in thousands of hours of one-on-one counseling and emotional/spiritual support to Men in distress, as we served Men around The country as well as in racing. Finally, we conducted several marriages and funerals as well as baby dedications as part of our family pastoral ministry. And we have also felt The sad effects of ptsd and served our constituents in The mournful follow up of a lost loved one, or The severely injured. As always, we, at The Master's Men, work to help broken Men find peace and life in a relationship with The resurrected jesus, The christ - matthew 11:28-30; john 10; 10; 11:25-26 & 14:1-6."
