Overview of UBUNTU Summer Leadership InstituteThe UBUNTU Institute, established through a partnership between The Masters Preparatory Academy, The Todd Bell National Resource Center on the African American Male, College of Engineering-Knowlton School, Kirwan Institute, and the College of Education amp Human Ecology OSU, seeks to address the challenges faced by young African American men. Many ofthem lack essential skills, motivation, and determination, leaving them unprepared for the demands of today39s workforce.
