They have completed over 50 capital projects in Denver's parks, restoring and constructing new landmarks and lesser-known treasures. Through ongoing programs such as Denver Digs Trees and Mile High Tree Champions, they have planted over 60,000 trees.

Program areas at The Park People

More than 50 capital projects in denver's parks, including restoration and new construction, iconic Park landmarks and lesser-known treasures. More than 60,000 trees planted through ongoing programs including denver digs trees, mile high tree champions, and The Park legacy program. Many thousands more stewarded through community engagement, community leadership, and The community forester program. Through The new treeforce (workforce development) program, individuals facing barriers to employment are prepared for careers in urban forestry. The organization also manages The gates tennis center, an award-winning public facility.
