Residential group home: organization operates three group homes for adults with disabilities requiring residential support in daily living in a congregate setting (2-5 residents per home).
Day habilitation and employment services - provides assistance to adults with disabilities with acquisition, retention, or improvement of self-help, socialization and adaptive skills, which takes place in a non-residential setting as well as assist with obtaining employment, offering assessments, and job development. Services focus on enabling The individual to attain and maintain his or her maximum functional level through activities consistent with The individuals personal plan.
Shared living - contracts with homeowners in local communities to provide homes for individuals who want to live in a family setting.
Various other development and employment related programs for adults and children with disabilities.
Community case management - case managers assist adults with disabilities to secure services and needed supports.
Outreach program - developmental training for adults with disabilities
Children's outreach - provides developmental training for children with disabilities.
Targeted case management - case managers assist children with disabilities to secure services and needed supports.
