Outpatient aba therapy program and in-home therapy program provides individual Behavioral therapy for children ages 18 mos through 18 years based on The principles of applied Behavioral analysis (aba) for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (asd). Aba therapy includes research proven instructional methods in The areas communication, behavior, cognition, daily living and social play skills. Aba therapy is The only medically and evidence based treatment and invention for autism spectrum disorders. The in home therapy program provides individual aba therapy through in person intervention and/or telehealth services.
Behavioral and Educational programs are offered to children and youth ages 6-21. Programs and services include collaborative early education program that is designed to promote generalization of skills, expand age-appropriate language, and promote social skills training for children ages 4-6. Educational services are available for children and youth ages 6-21 offering specialized small group instruction and therapy, highly structered community-based instruction and individualized tutoring to enhance skills and fluency in reading, math, and writing. After school enrichment program serves school age children who attend regular public and private schools and need additional instruction and support in The area of social skills development. The focus of our after school enrichment program is on speech/communication through social language development, peer interaction, relationship development, and overall social skills.
Outpatient ancillary services include speech therapy, occupational therapy, diagnostic, and consulting/training services. Speech and language services are provided by licensed speech pathologists who provide intervention and treatment for receptive and expressive language deficits and delays. Other speech disorders such as articulation disorders, feeding and swallowing disorders. Services also include assessment and training for augmentative and alternative communication (aac) devices. Occupational therapists (ot) and associates (ota) help children and individuals develop The skills they need to grow into independently functioning adults. Occupational therapists evaluate a child's strengths and weaknesses in critical develpmental areas and design interventions that help children gain The skills needed for success in daily tasks. Consulting and training services are offered to parents, caregivers, school staff, first responders and others in The community who provide services to children with autistm and their families. The diagnostic and evaluation clinic is supervised by a licensed psychologist. Evaluations and screenings are conducted by licensed and trained professionals.
