Every single young child at Rise, with or without a delay or disability, is cared for, educated, and supported by a lead teacher with a master's degree and a highly trained teaching assistant in addition to a transdisciplinary therapy team that includes: a speech pathologist, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist, a social-emotional specialist, a behavior analyst, an inclusion specialist, and a music therapist. Our executive director, who has a phd in early childhood education and early childhood special education, coordinates and monitors all activities and development.
