The specific purpose for which the corporation is initially organized is to be a community development center serving our local community, facilitate rehabilitation through various forms of support, to aid in developing life skills and facilitate job training among individuals and families, offer before and after school academic and social support, encourage and provide n:creational activities, provide economic and financial support to individuals in need and to also engage in activities which are necessary, suitable or convenient fur the accomplishment of that purpose, or which arc incidental thereto or connected therewith which are consistent with Section 5Ol(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3), Internal Revenue Code.
