Program areas at The Ruggles House Society
Guided tours of early 19th century home designed by famous architect, fully restored and listed on The national register of historic places. Open june through october. Closed november through may. No admittance fee charges, however donations are accepted. Research materials, family history, architectural plans, photos, and drawings available to geneologists, students, and scholars. Approx 1,000 annual visitors. Guided tours conducted for area school children and secondary students to learn about life in The 1800s and early 1900s.
