Small subsidies are provided to program participants for housing, utility, medical, and employment stability.
Empowerment addresses The participants? Need for self-improvement and emotional support with goals of improved quality of life, interdependence and, as is possible, self-sufficiency. This effort is addressed through support groups, counseling and referral
