Maintain an educational facility with classroom and meeting rooms, office area, rest rooms, storage areas to serve 350 club members and additional non members who participate in course activity and club meetings.
Provide a safe outdoor target range for firearm instruction, competition, practice and gun sight in services. Participation in these activities include 350 club members and 600 non members and local law enforcement agencies and officers.
Provide instructional courses to certify NRA instructors, train individuals in firearm safety, personal protection, hunter safety, marksmanship competition, and cartridge reloading. Participants in these activities include approximately 150 members and 250 non members.
