The Society of Dallas

The Society was founded help uplift and empower women. We have all ages of members both men and women, but our focus is on young women. We create a fun environment to grow into productive community citizens. We primarily fundraise to contribute to and help other 501c3 nonprofit charities in The Dallas area that focus on underserved and impoverished women. Our main fundraising event is: The annual gala - a high end dinner and auction. This event takes place springtime. The first gala was in 2023 where we raised money for emily's place. In 2024 we nearly doubled The amount raised for emily's place. As a group we do get together for craft projects. Two specific examples: we created craft bags for kids (crayons, coloring books etc...) that are receiving services with their high-risk mothers. The other example: this valentines day we created bouquets of flowers and delivered to emily's place for The moms.
