The Spanish Colonial Arts Society

Our museum of Spanish Colonial art remained open to The public and we continued our admission program with The first friday of The month free to new mexico residents and youth always free. Our exhibit "trails, rails and highways: how trade transformed The art of new mexico" featured objects from our collection spanning centuries and three galleries dedicated to living Spanish market artists. In our ongoing effort to serve as a resource for The public, we offered tours of our museum and our collection and we also held various Arts classes and demonstrations with a focus on traditional new mexican art forms.
