The Traveling School believes informed, inspired, and confident students canchange The world. Our four pillars emphasize place-based and relevantacademics, cultural engagement, outdoor expeditions, and leadershipdevelopment. This year, for our 20th anniversary, we returned to internationalprogramming which was interrupted by The covid pandemic. Our fall cohort of 11students traveled through southern africa, and 11 spring students exploredsouth america. Students returned home ready to positively impact theircommunities across 11 states and england. Thanks to The generous support of ourdonors, 50% of our students received need-based scholarships totaling $145,500.our continuing goal is to make this transformative semester a reality for anyglobally minded and adventurous student who aspires to attend.
