Ucg's mission is to "advance access and attainment of higher education degrees for The benefit of The citizens and economic community of greater Greenville, south carolina". Member universities include anderson University, bob jones University, clemson University, converse University, furman University, lander University, sc state University, The University of south carolina, and usc upstate. Academic programs include over 20 undergraduate degree offerings, over 40 graduate offerings, and 2 certificate programs; focusing on business, criminal justice, education, engineering technology, healthcare, marriage and family therapy, professional leadership, religious studies, social work, and sports administration and coaching.
