The Valedictorian Project (tvp) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides mentorship and career development programming to high-achieving graduates from urban high schools. Tvp's unique dual-mentor model matches each mentee with a peer and senior mentor who provide support and guidance through The post- secondary journey. Tvp currently serves over 140 mentees from across boston, brockton, chelsea, lawrence, and worcester. Tvp's incoming 2023 cohort includes mentees from existing partner cities, as well as a newly launched partnership with chelsea public schools. Tvp recruits and trains a diverse community of volunteer mentors, with over 180 serving in this program year.
