Vibrant Village Foundation kenya works to empower rural communities in western kenya through their integrated program on wealth creation, literacy, and livelihoods. This program has 3 core areas: (1) education equity and literacy - supporting educational equity and literacy for primary school students. (2) rural enterprise, innovations and development - supporting business minded groups, entrepreneurship and vslas. (3) regenerative agriculture transformation - connecting small and medium-scale farmers to entrepreneurial mechanized services, reliable markets, and innovative financing.
Vibrant Village ghana implements an integrated program for poverty reduction and social transformation that includes three core components:(1) livelihoods, food security, and empowerment of women -working to increase yields for small scale farmers using sustainable agricultural practices, support income generating opportunities and promote gender equality through vslas, business training, and gender role models. (2) water, sanitation and hygiene -working to improve access to clean water and sanitation facilities through The construction and repair of boreholes and latrines using thecommunity led total sanitationapproach. (3) education and child protection- working to protect children against gender-based violence in schools by increasing awareness and advocacy for girls, strengthening support systems and reporting mechanisms, and improving school infrastructure to promote effective teaching and learning.the program reaches over 21,000 individuals across 2 districts
