Narrative change - (50 organizations engaged) wrf commissioned and conducted extensive messaging research through surveys, focus group and in person conversations around The state to build out an Arkansas specific narrative campaign. The campaign is intended to bring arkansans together around common public policy approached that would support alice arkansans. The narrative change strategy also includes The heal lab, a wrf created and managed communications training program for non profit partners. Wrf staged The starshine narrative summit which engaged 300 communications professionals, artists and community leaders in The further design and propagation of Arkansas specific messages.

Capital access and asset development (28 organizations engaged): wrf created The abc's of equity (alice, business case for equity, and capital access report) to quantify existing equity challenges and to identify strategies to overcome them. Wrf uses The capital access report to drive action to increase The availability of lending resources to previously undercapitalized entrepreneurs. Wrf launched The on ramp fund to provide loan guarantees for underserved small businesses and continues to support a statewide conversation about inequity in private banking and federal small business support for businesses owned by women, people of color and all underserved groups.

Enterprise capital - (15 organizations engaged) wrf organized other funders and nonprofit leaders in The state to create The Arkansas enterprise capital advisory committee, commissioned case studies and statewide research to build The evidence based for The need to create an enterprise capital fund in Arkansas. The advisory committee also created The framework for The Arkansas enterprise capital grant fund (aecgf) which will provide Arkansas nonprofits with grant investments that are larger than typically provided and also provide them with technical assistance that is targeted to help increase The efficiency of their business operations.
