Hiv care/ryan white part a - a comprehensive family-centered program that provides peer support, creates connections between care seekers and caregivers, and promotes The participation and empowerment of women,their families, and members of their support network in developing care plans based on their self-defined needs. This program currently serves over 400 women and members of their family.
Hiv/std prevention - The women'Womens's Collective hiv/std prevention program offers a range of services for girls and women living with and at-risk for hiv/aids and other sexually transmitted diseases. Such services addresses The areas of trauma, interpersonal violence, diabetes,cancer, and other health related issues. Families are also integrated into this program model, which uses peer-based, female-focused,family-centered, and culturally-appropriate strategies to tackle women'Womens's health needs, and family issues and challenges through a broad range of programmatic initiatives.
Syndemic testingsyndemic testing grant was funded to conduct hiv and hep c testing and linkage to care. Program involves testing,prep education, linkage to medical care and conduct support groups.
