The program is a transformational leadership experience that coaches and trains women change leaders from around the world. Designed to accelerate leadership capacity and impact, it is specifically created for women working in social and environmental change. In the fall of 2023 the program expanded from a 6-month program to a one-year program. The organization also provides opportunities for coaching and continued learning to alumnae.
