Communications/newsletters/social media - manage and enhance The organizations communications strategies across various platforms. Craft compelling content, maintain an active social media presence and produce engaging newsletters to effectively convey The organization's messages and initiatives.
Wood river wolf project collaborative - promotes The Coexistence of livestock and wolves by proactively using nonlethal measures to prevent depredation. The project began in 2008 as a field study in wood river valley, Idaho and was founded by suzanne stone. Since that time, The project has demonstrated that nonlethal methods are at least 3.5 times more effective than traditional lethal control measures to minimize livestock and wolf mortalities.
Policy & outreach - build and maintain relaltionships with tribal governments, indigenous organizations, and tribal Wildlife departments to foster trust and facilitate advocacy efforts. Provide strategic guidance to iwcn and partners, focusing on broader policy and strategies. Engage with ngo's, agencies, community groups, tribal sovereigns and indigenous communities to form coaltions and alliances. Engage with groups opposed to species restoration to build understanding, address concerns and find common ground.
