Program areas at TACO
Providing social services to the homeless population, such as assisting with applying for general relief, medi-cal, food stamps, social security and disability. Our organization also provides a location where UCSD Medical School, Pre-dental society of San Diego, and California Western School of Law can provide free medical, dental, ophthalmological, and legal counseling.
Assist homeless and low-income clients with bus passes, vital documents such as birth certificates, copies of court documents and assist with application fees for rentals and other items clients may need to help them into housing
Prepare and serve meals to the homeless, ederly and working poor 3 days a week.
