THL Charitable Foundation

The Foundation is a Delaware non-stock corporation organizedexclusively for Charitable purposes, including, for suchpurposes, the making of distributions to individuals andother Charitable organizations, provided such distributionsare made on a true Charitable basis in furtherance of thefoundation's Charitable purposes. The Foundation was initially created to support peoplestruggling during the covid-19 pandemic, and expanded itsfocus to include social and racial justice initiatives. Thefoundation will continue to exist as an open-ended reliefprogram to assist victims of future disasters or hardships.
