Thompson Center On Lourdes

In 2023, the Thompson Center on Lourdes experienced a 75% increase in new participants. Tcol served approximately 2,200 individuals (31,798 participant visits) and provided over 3,200 programs. Wellness: our wellness programming addresses a healthy mind and body for older adults. At the Thompson Center, wellness includes fitness classes, nutritional support, mental health support, and access to healthcare resources. Education: education doesnt end with traditional learning individuals can make quality decisions about their well-being only if informed and updated. Our programs and workshops cover topics like technology training, financial literacy, health and wellness information, and more. Socialization: loneliness and isolation are some of the biggest challenges our older adults face. The Thompson Center builds connections and a sense of community through social activities, hobby clubs, events, and local adventures. Collaboration: our network of partners includes community organizations, businesses, government agencies, and other non-profits dedicated to leveraging resources and expertise.
