Ongoing procurement of Land and placement of conservation easements to preserve farmland, scenic cooridors, historic areas, important habitat and water quality buffers. Ongoing monitoring of 29,708 acres of preserved Land and 236 conservation easements.
Educated the public regarding Land conservation by sponsoring workshops, producing videos, making presentations to civic clubs and organizing hikes and canoe trips to over 750 people during the year.
Produced and distributed over 6,000 copies of newsletters informing and educating the public about past, present and future preservation efforts in the region.
