Outreach Program: Provide domestiv violence prevention and intervention training for women and children, through free workshops. Educate and raise community awareness to the societal cost of family and violence. The goal of domestic violence prevention/intervention includes strengthening women and families, breaking destructive generational behavior patterns and empowering participants to become self-sufficient.
RHCW Workshop: Training on topics such as Signs of healthy and unhealthy relationship dynamics, Roots of domestic violence, Devastating effects of abuse, Why women don't speak out, Proven steps to healthy relationships, Available resources for those in need desiring a change. These trainings are available for both women and children ages 2-12.
Aftercare Year long after care maintenance program: TTF offers a holistic approach to meet emotional and practical needs including practical life skills workshops on financial management, nutrition, parenting, computer training, and access to referral networks for housing, childcare and employment assistance. Graduate groups are also available on a biweekly basis to provide ongoing accountability, support, encouragement and reinforcement of the primary learned skillsets. Results include violence prevention and intervention,reduction in individual and and employer medical costs, work absentism, and tax burdens to society.
Other programs include: Leadership training and DTU course. DTU course is a 40 hour training on how to make quality choices, how to break destructive behavioral cycles, your genuine worth and esteem, conflict resolution, learning how attitude determines your choices, how to resolve anger, bitterness and resentment etc.
