Feeding: 2 + hot meals per week day for all students and staff plus additional meals for our 15 resident students.
Mind body & Soul; is still a category which covers the education, medical & health and enrichment aspect of our beneficiaries lives.
Stipens/Salaries, this year still has mothers in addition to extended family members od beneficiaries as over all domestic helpers. As well as professional teachers and tutors all working under stipened volunteer status.
Essentials; is a category that includes basic life and operational needs for our beneficiaries, their families, and the programs and services that are set in place for them. Including but not limited to; clothing, home goods and appliances, cooking materials, cooking utensils and tools, basic spices and condiments, bedding and linens, etc TOTAL AMOUNT EXPENSED = $5,410.80 Financial assistance; this category covers assistance to our beneficiaries for things such as but not limited to; housing assistance, security deposits, monthly rents for pre agreed period of times depending on the individuals situation, assistance in acquiring documents required for applying for jobs and government assistance, financial support for sever case families to provide their families with water and electricity, offer financial assistance to acquire modes of transportation such as bicycles and motor cycles, etc. Small cash gifts awarded per presentation and approval by team of local advisors for other such financial assistance not listed here. All of these assistance is for homeless and recovering homeless families with children in our full time education program. Admin; are expenses incurred for individual staff and volunteers meals for meetings and team building, and any items needed to better perform their duties such as but not limited to internet access via cell phone load TOTAL AMOUNT EXPENSED = $2,509.82. Rent: we have been privileged enough to afford a rental space in which we may conduct our Elevated Education Program on the 3rd floor , to offer temporary housing and relief shelter for children and families in severe case situations on the second floor as well as a study room and library also on the second floor, and on the first floor is our kitchen cafeteria for feeding and lounge are for the beneficiaries, this is a 3 story building of in total about 1,500 square feet. before acquiring this space we were renting 2 classrooms inside of an already established private school, which costs are also included here. TOTAL AMOUNT EXPENSED= $8,727.27. Livelihood: this covers any expenses made in setting up our cafeteria space on the first floor which is where we offer stipend shifts for mothers of beneficiary students. where they learn how to work in a restaurant environment with the hopes that they may take knowledge and utilize it to get jobs outside. TOTAL AMOUNT EXPENSED = $4,271.00.
