T.Lab realized strong, academic performances amoung students, parental coaching, financial, programmatic and systems performances in FY 2022. In Summary, the following occured:In spite of the Pandemic:Provided frontline services for thousands of testing candidates seeking to enhance skillsets needed to maintain and persue employment during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Delivered services from January 2022 through December 31, 2022, while open six days a week and 9 hours per day. Collaborated with PearsonVue, City of Garden City and Schoolcraft College Leadership to deploy processes and systems to deliver services while maintaining the highest level of safety and security for testing candidates and staff. We were blessed in avoding instances of Candidates or Staff obtaining the COVID-19 virus at any time during this period. As well, we realized a median ACT score of 30.6, approximately $1.5M in academic scholarships and two t.Lab students finished in 1st place in

the Kettering University AIM Program.Lead Generation ProgramThe Lead Generation Project stands as a transformative academic skills development initiative designed to enpower students to enhance their core academic and leadership abilities in preparation for higher education competition. Emphasizing careers in the robust fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), this program uses the ACT as a benchmark for sucess. The MKE fellows and t.Lab, in collaboration with premier educational institutions such as Milwaukee Public Schools, Cardinal Stritch University, t.Lab, CLIMB, Wells Fargo, Advocate Aurora Health, and Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), have established this program with a vision for excellance.This trailblazing pilot program took flight between June 20 and August 4, 2022, graciously hosted by Cardinal Stritch University. Further fortifying the programs commitment, the MKE Fellows and t.Lab generously extended additional no-cost academic enhancement sessions from September to December 2022 for MPS students. These supplementary sessions from September were judiciously delivered both virtually and on-site at Cardinal Stritch University. An impressive 332.50 hours of digital learning and 30 hours of on campus engagement represented the aggregate delivery of academic enrichment facilited through both group and individual formats. In recognition of outstanding participation and commitment to academic growth, the project awarded seven MPS students with Special Certificates. An additional 35 students were honored with Certificates for fulfilling the fundamental program requirements.A personalized learning blueprint was meticulously designed for each participant, encompassing dedicated t.Lab staff assignments, evaluation of current and forecasted performance levels, and strategic action steps tailored to achieve specific academic targets. Lead Generation Program continuedThe project took a holistic approach by including coaching sessions that supported students in mastering critical life skills, including prioritization, character building, and effective time management - all crucial competencies that extend beyond academic contexts.In a pioneering effort to promote long-term educational investment, parents were provided with the guidance and foundational resources necessary to establish 529 college savings plans for their children.Marking a significant educational advancement, students participating in the program exhibited notable improvements - accelerating from 5th grade level performance to a 7th grade level performance by the programs conclusion in August 2022.Furthermore, participants achieved an astounding 80% increase in their ACT composite scores including enhancing the composite score from 13.25 to 16.49, a testament to the programs impactful curriculum and dedicated support - a bold stride towards unlocking their potential and forging pathways into STEM disciplines.
